I had a wonderful stay at a charming resort with beautiful Balinese-themed surroundings and a lovely large pool. The staff warmly welcomed me with iced tea and cool towels upon check-in. The self-contained villa-style room was spacious, and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area with a good-sized barbecue. The resort grounds gave me a true Bali experience, and the well-stocked kitchen and laundry amenities were fantastic. The pool was clean and inviting. I felt safe, had a comfortable stay, and would definitely recommend this resort.

Beautiful Pool area. The Hotel gardens are lush and Green and well looked after. It is a great place to relax. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a great design. The outdoor bathroom is brilliant. For families also great is the veranda area, private garden with private BBQ equipment. Location is great, walk away from cable beach. Hotel staff was polite and discrete. We would have loved to stay longer and recommend it highly.

The staff was incredible, always welcoming and with a smile on their faces. The villas were spotless and well-equipped with a fantastic kitchen, making it easy to have meals in your room. The outdoor shower was a unique and enjoyable experience. the villa had beautiful surroundings with stunning gardens and a beautiful pool.

The food options were limited, and the café only opened in the afternoon. The lounge could use an update.

The ambience... we stayed in a villa last time which was very romantic and peaceful... we LOVE the outdoor showers!!! A definite highlight. We love that's is so close to Cable Beach. We love the decor and style and Spa and flowers everywhere and very accommodating staff and friendliness. And we love the grounds are kept so beautifully. I LOVE the soaps! Buy a box to take home every time.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and we were extremely impressed. The location in the gorgeous tropical gardens was beautiful and serene. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a comfortable sitting area. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was a perfect place to relax, surrounded by the lush gardens. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the restaurant on site served delicious meals. our experience here was excellent.

the welcome was special. It was a hot day when we arrived so they gave us light refreshments on arrival with ice cold towels to cool us down before taking us to out studio apartment.

Room was not cleaned or bed made for the first 3 days, no rubbish removed or floors swept for the entire 5 day visit.

Nestled in a tropical paradise, this resort boasts a prime location just a stroll away from the stunning Cable beach. With easy access to the resort centre and hop on hop off bus stops, guests can easily explore the area. The spacious rooms offer modern amenities and Bali-inspired decor, complete with a lovely outdoor Mandi bathroom and a private courtyard with BBQ facilities. The staff are welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

nice rooms and had a nice out door area. The kitchen was all you needed and there was a BBQ ouside which was great. Easy walk to beach. Nice pool situated in lovely grounds. To go into town you really needed a car, however it looked like there was a good bus service. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spotlessly clean and well-equipped spacious room. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a lovely pool and a great restaurant. The location was convenient, adjacent to the pathway and close to the city center, with hop on hop off bus stops nearby. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

The stay would have been perfect if the Bali Hai had a restaurant and or bar.

I do not think that it qualifies as a resort but we have no complates.

Tranquil oasis with secluded rooms, great pool, clean BBQ, helpful staff, well-equipped kitchenette.
